The Bergamo–Albino light rail is a light rail line, operated by TEB (Tramvie Elettriche Bergamasche), that connects the city of Bergamo, Italy, with the town of Albino Albinism is the congenital absence of melanin in an animal or plant resulting in white hair, feathers, scales and skin and reddish pink or blue eyes. Albino (Bergamasque: ) is a ''comune'' in the province of Bergamo, in Lombardy, northern Italy. It is located northeast of Bergamo and is situated in the valley of the river Serio (river), Serio (''Val Seriana'').
