BenjamÃn Hernández Silva
BenjamÃn Hernández Silva (born 16 June 1946) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD). In the 2006 general election he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the tenth district of Oaxaca during the 60th Congress. His substitute, elected on the same ticket as him, was AÃda Fabiola Valencia RamÃrez, who was later returned for the same district in the 2012 general election. Oaxaca
Oaxaca, officially the Free and Sovereign State of Oaxaca, is one of the 32 states that compose the political divisions of Mexico, Federative Entities of the Mexico, United Mexican States. It is divided into municipalities of Oaxaca, 570 municipalities, of which 418 (almost three quarters) are governed by the system of (customs and traditions) with recognized local forms of self-governance.
