Begoña Gómez
MarÃa Begoña Gómez Fernández (born 29 January 1975) is a Spanish marketing expert, wife of Pedro Sánchez, the Prime Minister of Spain. Gómez was director of business outsourcing for the Inmark Group until her husband became Prime Minister of Spain in 2018. From 2018 to 2022, she was executive director of the Africa Center of the Institute of Enterprise. Since 2020, she has been the extraordinary Chair of Competitive Social Transformation of the Complutense University of Madrid. She is currently the focus of an investigation by the courts in regard to her alleged illegal appropriation of industrial property, among other cases, under the Koldo Case. Trinidad Jiménez GarcÃa-Herrera (: born 4 June 1962) is a Spanish politician who served as minister of foreign affairs and minister of health, among others political positions. Hipódromo De La Zarzuela
The Hipódromo de la Zarzuela is a race course on the outskirts of Madrid, Spain. It was designed in the 1930s. The architecture is in a modernist style which has been described as ''racionalismo madrileño''. Races held at the facility include the Gran Premio de Madrid which has been held there since 1941. History The Hipódromo de la Zarzuela was designed to replace the Hipódromo de la Castellana, a course on the Paseo de la Castellana. The old course was demolished in the 1930s so that the site could be redeveloped as office buildings. The architects were and MartÃn DomÃnguez Esteban, who had been collaborating since the 1920s.
