The bayad (''Bagrus bajad''), is a species of bagrid catfish from Africa. Distribution The natural habitat of the bayad are lakes and rivers in Africa. These include lakes such as Lake Chad, Lake Albert (Africa), Lake Albert, and Lake Turkana, as well as rivers such as the Nile, the Niger, and the Senegal. Description The bayad's body is generally elongated in shape. The dorsal fin has a smooth spine, and the pectoral fins have spines with serrations on the inside. There are four pairs of barbel anatomy barbels. The maxillary barbels usually reach to the ventral fin or pelvic fins. This fish is yellow-greenish or blackish with a white belly. The 2012 Gujarat Legislative Assembly elections were held in the Indian state of Gujarat in December 2012 for all 182 members of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. Incumbent Chief Minister Narendra Modi of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP), in power since 2002, was running for his fourth term. The leader of the opposition was Shaktisinh Gohil of the Indian National Congress (INC). Elections were held in two phases, the first on 13 December and the second on 17 December 2012. 2022 Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election
Legislative Assembly election was held in Gujarat from 1 to 5 December 2022 in two phases, to elect 182 members of 15th Gujarat Legislative Assembly. The votes were counted and the results were declared on 8 December 2022. The Bharatiya Janata Party, won a huge majority of 156 seats, the most ever won by any party in Gujarat's history. The Swatantra Party was an Indian classical liberal political party, that existed from 1959 to 1974. It was founded by C. Rajagopalachari in reaction to what he felt was the Jawaharlal Nehru-dominated Indian National Congress's increasingly socialist and statist outlook. It had a number of distinguished leaders, most of them old Congressmen, for example, C. Rajagopalachari, Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu, Minoo Masani, N.G.
