Barış Falay
Barış Falay (born 9 April 1972) is a Turkish actor. Biography Barış Falay was born in Edremit, Balıkesir, Edremit, Balıkesir Province and his family is of Bosnian descent. He graduated in theatre from Ankara University. After working at the Ankara State Theatre for 2 years, he joined the İzmir City Theatre appearing in plays such as ''Hamlet'', ''Üç Kuruşluk Opera'', ''Misafir'', ''Kamyon'', ''Roberto Zucco'', ''Kırmızı Yorgunları'', ''Azizname'', ''Barış'', ''Bahar Noktası'', ''Yaşar Ne Yaşar Ne Yaşamaz'' and ''Karar Kimin''. He directed the plays ''Deniz Kızı Masalı'' and ''Bir Yaz Gecesi Rüyası'', and taught at the theatre's school. Later Falay joined the Kocaeli Metropolitan Theatre. Edremit, Balıkesir
Edremit is a municipality and district of Balıkesir Province, Turkey. Its area is 682 km2, and its population is 167,901 (2022). It is situated at the tip of the gulf with the same name ( Gulf of Edremit), with its town centre a few kilometres inland, and is an important centre of trade, along with the other towns that are situated on the same gulf (namely Ayvalık, Gömeç, Burhaniye and Havran). It is also one of the largest district centres of Balıkesir Province. The district of Edremit, especially around Kazdağı, is largely covered with forests.
