Polish National Time Trial Championships
The Polish National Time Trial Championship is a road bicycle race that takes place inside the Polish National Road Cycling Championships, and decides the best cyclist in this type of race. The first edition took place in 1970, and was won by Jan Magiera. The current men's champion is Maciej Bodnar, who has won the race a record eight times (tied with Tadeusz Mytnik). Czech Cycling Tour
The Czech Tour is an annual men's professional multiple stage bicycle race held in the Czech Republic. It is the largest race of its kind in the country. Since 2015, the Czech Tour has been included in the UCI Europe Tour as a 2.1 series. The tour takes place in the Olomouc, Moravian-Silesian and Pardubice regions, and passes through the Jeseníky and Beskydy mountain ranges. Climbing routes frequently feature Dlouhé stráně mountain, and the Pustevny and Červenohorské saddles. Since 2019, the tour has concluded in Šternberk. History The inaugural Czech Tour occurred in 2009 as the Czech Cycling Tour. The following year's race was won by Leopold König, who later became the tour's race director. The Bałtyk–Karkonosze Tour is a cycling race in West Poland that runs between the Baltic Sea and the Karkonosze. The first edition was held in 1993 as an amateur race as the Karkonosze Tour with stages in the Wałbrzych Voivodeship and Jelenia Góra Voivodeship. In 1996, the race became professional. Tour of Malopolska ( Polish: ''Małopolski Wyścig Górski'') is an annual, professional men's multiple-stage cycling race in Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Since 2005, it has been part of the UCI Europe Tour. History The race was first held in 1961 and is one of the oldest bicycle races in Poland. Zbigniew Piątek holds the record for the most victories with three, in 1989, 1998 and 2001. The race usually consists of three or four stages as well as a prologue. The prologue is usually organized at the Main Market Square in Kraków and the points won are included in the general classification. Most of the race consists of hilly or mountain stages. Since 2015, the first stage of Tour of Małopolska has been taking place on the Alwernia – Trzebinia route. The most recent winner is Márton Dina of Hungary.
