Bangladesh Football Federation
Bangladesh Football Federation (, ''Bānglādesh fūṭbôl fēḍārēshôn'') is the governing body that administers the sport of association football in Bangladesh. It is in charge of running the country's men's and women's national teams, as well as the Bangladesh Premier League and various other competitions and tournaments. The BFF was one of founding members of the South Asian Football Federation. Its office is based at the BFF Bhaban, in Motijheel Thana of the country's capital, Dhaka. History The Bangladesh Football Federation was founded on 15 July 1972 by Md. Yousuf Ali, the country's former Minister for Education, Culture and Sport; the general secretary under Ali was Abul Hashem of Wari Club. Mohammed bin Hammam (; born 8 May 1949) is a Qatari former football administrator. He was president of the Asian Football Confederation from 2002 to 2011, and a member of FIFA's 24-man executive committee from 1996 to 2011. Harun Ahmed Chowdhury
Harun Ahmed Chowdhury is a retired Major General of the Bangladesh Army. He was the first High Commissioner of Bangladesh to the Maldives. He had served as the ambassador of Bangladesh to Cyprus and Serbia. He is a veteran of the Bangladesh Liberation War and was awarded Bir Uttom, the second-highest military award for individual gallantry. Abdur Raquib Khandaker
Abdur Raquib Khandaker (; 1 March 1933 – 25 August 2010), better known as A R Khandaker, was the 8th Inspector General of Bangladesh Police. Early life Abdur Raquib Khandaker was admitted to Uttar Shekhar Nagar Government Primary School. He continued his education at Rai Bahadur Sreenath Institution and later graduated from Notre Dame College, Dhaka. He obtained 4th position (First Class) in Intermediate Exam and enrolled in Economics at the University of Dhaka. He was a resident student of Salimullah Muslim Hall. In 1952 he became the General Secretary of Athletics Team of SM Hall. Before joining civil service, he briefly taught at Notre Dame College, Dhaka. Mir Shawkat Ali
Lieutenant General Mir Shawkat Ali, BU, ndc, psc (11 January 1938 – 20 November 2010) was a three star general in Bangladesh Army and also a politician of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. He was a freedom fighter during the Bangladesh Liberation War and a sector commander of the Mukti Bahini. He was the state minister of food, and cabinet minister of labour and manpower. Gazi Golam Mostafa (; died 19 January 1981) was a Bangladeshi politician and former president and general secretary of the Dhaka city Awami League He was also a member of the East Pakistan provincial assembly. Peter James Butler (born 27 August 1966) is an English professional football player and coach who is currently the head coach of the Bangladesh women's national team. Saiful Bari Titu ( Bengali: সাইফুল বারী টিটু; born 3 August 1972) is a Bangladeshi football coach and former football player, who currently serves as the technical director of the Bangladesh Football Federation and most recently served as the head coach of both the BFF Elite Academy and Bangladesh U17.
