Bagneux–Lucie Aubrac Station
Bagneux–Lucie Aubrac () is a Paris Métro station in Bagneux, Hauts-de-Seine. It is the southern terminus of Line 4, and was built as part of a two-station southward extension from Mairie de Montrouge, the previous terminus of the line. The adjacent station is Barbara. The station opened in January 2022. In future, the station will be served by Paris Métro Line 15. History The extension of Line 4 south from Mairie de Montrouge received déclaration d'utilité publique in February 2005. Work to build the extension began in 2015, and was planned to open in 2020. During the planning stages of the extension, the station was tentatively called ''Bagneux.'' Following a public vote, the station was named after Lucie Aubrac, a member of the French Resistance during World War II. The station was opened on 13 January 2022 by Prime Minister Jean Castex. Gable
A gable is the generally triangular portion of a wall between the edges of intersecting roof pitches. The shape of the gable and how it is detailed depends on the structural system used, which reflects climate, material availability, and aesthetic concerns. The term gable wall or gable end more commonly refers to the entire wall, including the gable and the wall below it. Some types of roof do not have a gable (for example hip roofs do not). One common type of roof with gables, the 'gable roof', is named after its prominent gables. A parapet made of a series of curves (shaped gable, see also Dutch gable) or horizontal steps (crow-stepped gable) may hide the diagonal lines of the roof. C215 is the moniker of Christian Guémy, a French street artist from Paris who has been described as "France's answer to Banksy". Artwork C215 primarily uses Stencil, stencils to produce his art. Paris Métro Line 12 (opened as Line A; French language, French: ''Ligne 12 du métro de Paris'') is one of the sixteen lines of the Paris Métro. It links Issy-les-Moulineaux, a suburban town southwest of Paris, to Aubervilliers, in the north. Mairie D'Aubervilliers Station
Mairie d'Aubervilliers () is a station on Line 12 of the Paris Métro, and is the northern terminus of the line. The station is located near Aubervilliers town hall and opened on 31 May 2022. In the future, it will be served by Line 15 of the Grand Paris Express. History Line 12 Line 12 was extended north to Front Populaire in December 2012. As part of the construction of that extension, tunnelling had continued north beyond Front Populaire, allowing the Pont de Stains (later Aimé Césaire) and Mairie d'Aubervilliers stations to be constructed at a later date. Construction on the station began in autumn 2014, with opening of the station planned for the end of 2017. Aimé Césaire () is a metro station, station on Paris Métro Line 12, line 12 of the Paris Métro. The station is located at Place Henri-Rol-Tanguy in Aubervilliers. It is named in honour of the French Martinique, Martinican poet Aimé Césaire. It was the 307th station to open.
