The Slovenská Basketbalová Liga (SBL) () is the highest level tier league of men's professional club basketball in Slovakia. The league was founded in 1993. Aatu Kivimäki
Aatu Kivimäki (born 8 June 1997) is a Finnish basketball player who plays as a point guard for Slovak Basketball League team Patrioti Levice. Career Kivimäki started basketball with . Salon Vilpas (2016–2021) During 2016–2021, he played for Salon Vilpas in Korisliiga, winning the Finnish championship in 2021. He was also awarded the Korisliiga Rookie of the Year in 2017. Vilpas also won two silver medals in the league in 2017 and 2018. Tigers Tübingen (2021–2024) In 2021, he joined Tigers Tübingen in German ProA. In 2023, they won the promotion to Basketball Bundesliga. Next season Kivimäki averaged 6.4 points and 4.1 assists in Bundesliga. Patrioti Levice (2024–present) In September 2024, Kivimäki joined Patrioti Levice in Slovak Basketball League. They won the domestic championship in 2025. They also played in the FIBA Europe Cup. D'Mitrik Alexander Trice (born May 2, 1996) is an American professional basketball player who plays for BK Patrioti Levice of the Slovak Basketball League. He played college basketball for the Wisconsin Badgers. High school career Trice played basketball for Wayne High School in Huber Heights, Ohio under his father's coaching. As a senior, he averaged 10.3 points and 5.7 assists per game, leading his team to the Division I state title. Trice left as the school's all-time leader in assists. He was also the starting quarterback on Wayne's football team for two years, reaching the state championship game in his senior season. Trice played a postgraduate season of basketball at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, averaging 12.3 points, 4.1 assists and four rebounds per game. Miha Lapornik (born 18 October 1993) is a Slovenian professional basketball player for Twarde Pierniki Toruń of the Polish Basketball League (PLK). He is a tall shooting guard. Severi Tino Kalevi Kaukiainen (born 11 May 1998) is a Finnish professional basketball player who plays as a point guard for Estonian club Kalev/Cramo in the Korvpalli Meistriliiga and Latvian–Estonian Basketball League.
