Arnstadt Hauptbahnhof or Arnstadt Central Station on the website of Thuringia Tourism. Retrieved 28 Feb 2014. is a railway station in the town of Arnstadt in Thuringia, Germany. It is situated on the meeting point of the Neudietendorf–Ritschenhausen railway, Erfurt-Schweinfurt, Arnstadt–Saalfeld railway, Arnstadt–Saalfeld and Arnstadt-Ichtershausen railway, Arnstadt-Ichtershausen lines. History The station was opened on May 16, 1867, then as the southern terminus of the railway line to Erfurt. In 1869, a line to Plaue and Ilmenau was added at the southern end of the station. Würzburg Hauptbahnhof
Würzburg Hauptbahnhof is a railway station for the city of Würzburg in the German state of Bavaria. It was opened in 1864 to the north of the inner city as a replacement for the former ''Ludwigsbahnhof'' (Ludwig's station) in the city centre, the capacity of which had been exhausted by the dramatic increase of rail traffic. Even today, Würzburg station is one of the major stations in Bavaria, since it lies at the intersection of several heavily used rail corridors. In particular, the routes in the north–south direction from Hamburg and Bremen to Munich as well as in west–east direction from the Rhine-Ruhr and Rhine-Main to Nuremberg and Vienna. Apart from Aschaffenburg Hauptbahnhof, Würzburg is the only station in Lower Franconia to be served by Intercity-Express services. Schweinfurt Hauptbahnhof
Schweinfurt Hauptbahnhof is the largest railway station in the Lower Franconian city of Schweinfurt and its transfer hub to the majority of regional buses. In addition to the Hauptbahnhof, the Schweinfurt Mitte (Schweinfurt Central) and Schweinfurt Stadt (Schweinfurt Town) stations also lie within the city, closer to the centre, on the Bamberg–Würzburg railway. Importance The station is no longer served by long-distance traffic since the introduction of the Interregio line from Stuttgart via Würzburg and Schweinfurt to Erfurt in 2001. It still has an important role, however, in regional and local rail services. Münnerstadt Railway Station
Münnerstadt is a town in the district of Bad Kissingen in Bavaria, Germany. It has a population of around 7,600. Geography It borders on the towns of Burglauer, Bad Bocklet, Nüdlingen, Maßbach, Großbardorf, and Strahlungen. The municipal territory covers an area of 95 km². The town is located in the southern portion of the ''Mittelgebirge'' Rhön. The Lauer river (a tributary of the Franconian Saale) flows directly through the town. Mellrichstadt Railway Station
Mellrichstadt station is a railway station operated by the Deutsche Bahn in the Lower Franconian town of Mellrichstadt in Germany. General The station is located on the Schweinfurt–Meiningen railway in southern Germany and, since the closure of Mühlfeld station, is the last stop on the Bavarian side of the border with Thuringia. From 1898, the station was the departure point for the Mellrichstadt–Fladungen railway which ran scheduled services until 1987. Zella-Mehlis is a town in the Schmalkalden-Meiningen district, in Thuringia, Germany. It is situated in the Thuringian Forest, 5 km north of Suhl, and 20 km east of Meiningen.
