Armando (album)
''Armando'' is the first Spanish album and fifth studio album by Cuban-American rapper Pitbull. It was released on November 2, 2010 through Mr. 305 Inc. and Sony Latino. The album features production by multiple producers including Afrojack, DJ Buddha, DJ Antoine, Clinton Sparks and DJ Snake. ''Armando'' spawned four singles: "Watagatapitusberry", " Maldito Alcohol", "Bon, Bon" and " Tu Cuerpo". The singles received airplay on Spanish radio and in Latin American countries. According to a review by Allmusic, the album is named after Pitbull's father (and also, his real name). ''Armando'' won the Lo Nuestro Award for Urban Album of the Year. Armando Christian Pérez (born January 15, 1981), known professionally by his stage name Pitbull, is an American rapper and businessman. He began his career in the early 2000s, recording reggaeton, Latin hip hop, and crunk music under a multitude of labels. Nick Leonardus van de Wall (; born 9 September 1987), better known as Afrojack, is a Dutch DJ, music producer and remixer from Spijkenisse, South Holland. In 2007, he founded the record label Wall Recordings; his debut album '' Forget the World'' was released in 2014. Jencarlos Canela (born April 21, 1988) is an American actor and singer. Canela starred in the telenovela ''Mi corazón insiste en Lola Volcán'', and two other telenovelas. Duncan MacLennan (born 13 March 1985), better known by his stage name DCUP (pronounced "D-cup"), is an Australian record producer, DJ and remixer. He is best known for his collaboration with fellow Australian band Yolanda Be Cool on their international hit single " We No Speak Americano", which samples Renato Carosone and Nicola Salerno's 1956 hit " Tu Vuò Fà L'Americano", on the Australian indie label, Sweat It Out. Yolanda Be Cool are an Australian music duo made up of Andrew Stanley and Matthew Handley. Biography In 2010, they collaborated with Australian producer DCUP (real name Duncan MacLennan) to release an international single " We No Speak Americano" on the indie Australian label Sweat It Out, sampling on a 1956 Neapolitan language hit " Tu vuò fà l'americano" by Renato Carosone and written by Carosone and Nicola "Nisa" Salerno. Marc Kinchen (born August 3, 1972), known by his initials MK, is an American DJ, record producer and remixer. He hit number-one on the US '' Billboard'' Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 1993 and 1994 with the songs " Always" and "Love Changes".
