Antonio de las Alas (October 14, 1889 – October 5, 1983) was a Filipino politician and business leader. Biography Antonio de las Alas was a three-term representative of the 1st district of Batangas in the Philippine Legislature and a member of the Senate of the Philippines during World War II, and a member of the constitutional convention delegation in 1934 and 1971 * The year 1971 had three partial solar eclipses (February 25, July 22 and August 20) and two total lunar eclipses (February 10, and August 6). The Senate of the Philippines ( Filipino: ''Senado ng Pilipinas'', also ''Mataas na Kapulungan ng Pilipinas'' or "upper chamber") is the upper house of Congress of the bicameral legislature of the Philippines with the House of Representatives as the lower house.
