Antix Productions
Antix Productions is a television production company founded by Yvette Fielding and Karl Beattie in 2001. The company have produced shows for broadcasters such as Living and ITV in the UK and Travel Channel in the United States. Their output includes successful shows such as '' Most Haunted'' and its various sister shows such as ''Most Haunted Live!''. Originally, Antix Productions was based in Cheadle in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, Greater Manchester, but relocated to an office within MediaCityUK in Salford, Greater Manchester in 2011. Yvette Fielding
Yvette Paula Fielding (born 23 September 1968) is an English television presenter, producer and actress. She became the youngest presenter on ''Blue Peter'' aged 18, and one of her episodes was subsequently voted the "Favourite ''Blue Peter'' moment" ever. With her husband Karl Beattie, she presented the ''Most Haunted'' series on the Living channel, via their own production company, followed by '' Ghosthunting With...'', establishing Fielding as 'first lady of the paranormal'. She has appeared in a wide range of other programmes, from ''The Wright Stuff'' to '' Through the Keyhole'' and '' I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!''. Most Haunted
''Most Haunted'' is a British paranormal reality television series. Following complaints, the broadcast regulator, Ofcom, ruled that it was an entertainment show, not a legitimate investigation into the paranormal, and "should not be taken seriously". Most Haunted was first shown on Living TV between 2002 and 2010. However, it has since been revived on TV and online, via an official mobile app and YouTube Channel. Presented by Yvette Fielding, the programme investigates purported paranormal activity in a range of locations, mainly within the United Kingdom. The series was produced by Antix Productions. The channel was launched as The Paranormal Channel on 9 June 2008, and was rebranded as The Unexplained Channel on 10 August 2009. Celebrity Ghost Stories
''Celebrity Ghost Stories'' is an American paranormal reality television series that debuted on October 3, 2009, with the pilot airing on September 26, 2009. Its first four seasons aired on The Biography Channel with the fifth airing on Lifetime Movie Network. In June 2019, A&E announced the revival of the series with the sixth-season premiere airing in the fall of the same year. MediaCityUK is a mixed-use property development on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. The project was developed by Peel Media; its principal tenants are media organisations and the Quayside MediaCityUK shopping centre. The land occupied by the development was part of the Port of Manchester and Manchester Docks. The BBC signalled its intention to move jobs to Manchester in 2004, and the Salford Quays site was chosen in 2006. Most Haunted Live!
''Most Haunted Live'' is a spin-off of the paranormal reality television series '' Most Haunted'' and was also produced by Antix Productions. The show consists of paranormal investigations broadcast live over a period of one or more nights, usually with interactive sections that involve the viewer. Following a five-year hiatus, Most Haunted Live returned to our screens, this time on UKTV's Really on 31 October 2015. Most Haunted Live was back on 31 October 2019, Hallowe'en Night, exclusive to the official YouTube channel. Production The first episode of ''Most Haunted Live!'' was broadcast on Living on 31 October 2002, from Dudley Castle and was produced jointly by Antix and Hanrahan Media.
