Adrian Der Tulpendieb
''Adrian der Tulpendieb'' was a 1966 West German television series; the first that aired in full color. Six episodes were produced, which were based on the novel by Otto Rombach and directed by Dietrich Haugk. The official start of color television in Germany was not until August 25, 1967. The series was later repeated on ARD's early evening program. West Germany
West Germany is the colloquial term used to indicate the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG; german: Bundesrepublik Deutschland , BRD) between its formation on 23 May 1949 and the German reunification through the accession of East Germany on 3 October 1990. Dietrich Haugk
Dietrich Haugk (12 May 1925 – 28 June 2015) was a German film director and voice actor. He was born in Ellrich/Harz, Germany. He made his stage debut at a theater in Bielefeld in 1946 and has been a noted theater director since 1949 and served as the German dubbing voice of Vittorio Gassman, Dirk Bogarde, Montgomery Clift and Jean-Louis Trintignant. Married four times to actresses, he has three children, a son from his first and a son and a daughter from his fourth marriage. He died in Berlin. He was married four times and had three children.
