Accor S.A. is a French multinational hospitality company that owns, manages and franchises hotels, resorts and vacation properties. It is the largest hospitality company in Europe, and the sixth largest hospitality company worldwide. Accor operates in 5,300 locations in over 110 countries. Its total capacity is approximately 777,714 rooms. It owns and operates brands in many segments of hospitality: Luxury ( Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel), premium (MGallery, Pullman, Swissôtel), midscale (Novotel, Mercure, Adagio), and economy (ibis, hotelF1). Accor also owns companies specialized in digital hospitality and event organization, such as onefinestay, D-Edge, ResDiary, John Paul, Potel & Chabot and Wojo. Tour Sequana
Tour Sequana (previously known as Tour Mozart) is an office skyscraper in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Val de Seine business district, close to Paris. 100 meters high, it can accommodate 2,720 people. It was designed by Arquitectonica in collaboration with the design office Arup Sustainable Design, and inaugurated on September 14, 2010. The tower, built by Bouygues, is HQE certified by counting five HQE targets reached with the “high performance” level, and six HQE targets achieved with the “average performance” level. All the equipment should enable the tower to save 50% compared to the energy consumption of traditional offices, or emissions of 12 kg / m2 per year. In 2007, Bouygues Immobilier won the ''Grand Prix Eco Building Performance'' in the “Very High Building” category, rewarding the energy and environmental quality of its tower. The chain is owned by Accor, which acquired FRHI Hotels & Resorts in 2015. The CAC Next 20 is an index of security prices used with the Euronext Paris or Euronext Amsterdam. It gathers the 20 companies whose market capitalizations are ranked after those of the 40 companies who compose the CAC 40. These 20 are possible candidates to replace the members of the CAC 40 index. The CAC Next 20 was launched on 31 December 2002. Jo&Joe is a French hotel brand specialized in economic stays and owned by Accor. Launched in 2016, the brand aims to develop a new leisure concept for Millennials.
