Nana-Mambéré
Nana-Mambéré is one of the 16 prefectures of the Central African Republic. It covers an area of 26,600 km and has a population of 233,666 (2003 census). The capital is Bouar. It was part of Kamerun when it was a German colony between 1884 and 1916. Other locations in Nana-Mambéré are Abba, Baboua, Gallo and Yanoye Yanoye (Yanoyé-Yenga or Yenga, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency) is a village in Nana-Mambéré, Central African Republic. Return, Reclamation, Rehabilitation (3R, french: Retour, Réclamation et Réhabilitation) is a rebel group in the northwestern part of Central African Republic. History The group was formed in December 2015 to protect Fulani herders from Anti-balaka militia attacks. On 27 September 2016, they captured the town of De Gaulle (now Koui) killing at least 17 civilians. On 2 May they captured Niem in Koui sub-prefecture.Amnesty InternationalCENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC 2017/2018 On 23 September 2017, they captured Bocaranga from opposing rebel group Anti-balaka. They transferred the town over to FACA on 7 January 2019. On 21 May 2019, 3R fighters killed 46 unarmed civilians in Ouham-Pendé prefecture. Firmin Ngrébada
Firmin Ngrébada (born 1968) is the former prime minister of the Central African Republic. He was appointed after a peace deal was signed between the government and 14 armed groups to try to suppress violence in the ongoing civil war. He also led the Central African Republic's delegation in the negotiations of the peace deal. Political career Firmin Ngrebada graduated in law, in 1988, then he obtained a Master's degree in Public Law, in 1994, at the University of Bangui. He entered public service in October 1993, inspecting social and labor law. Ngrébada served as Deputy Cabinet Director under Simplice Sarandji when Sarandji was Cabinet Director and Faustin-Archange Touadéra was Prime Minister.
