Añorga Kirol eta Kultur Elkartea (Spanish: ''Sociedad Deportiva y Cultural Añorga'') is a Spanish sports club, sports and culture club from San Sebastián settled in the city's Añorga district. Founded in 1922, it comprises association football, football, Basque pelota, basketball, mountaineering, chess, bicycle touring, cyclotourism, and Basque dance, Basque folk dance sections. The men's football club play in , while the women's team play in Tercera Federación (women) – Group 2. Club history The club is best known for its women's soccer, women's football team, established in 1980. Through the 1980s Añorga reached but lost the final of the Copa de la Reina de Fútbol, national cup (until 1988, the only national championship) in 1984, 1987 and 1989. In 1990 it finally won the competition by beating RCD Espanyol (women), RCD Espanyol 2–0 in the final. The Primera División de la Liga de Fútbol Femenino, currently known as the Liga F (finetwork Liga F for sponsorship reasons), is the highest level of league competition for women's football in Spain. It is the women's equivalent of the men's La Liga, and it is organized by the ''Liga Profesional Femenina de Fútbol (LPFF)''. As one league of the top six national leagues ranked by Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) coefficient, it is considered one league of the most important women's leagues in Europe. Tercera Federación, previously known as Tercera RFEF, is the fifth tier of the Spanish football league system. It is below the ''La Liga'', ''Segunda División'', and its fellow semi-professional divisions '' Primera Federación'' and ''Segunda Federación''. It was founded in 1929 as the third tier, and dropped down to the fourth and fifth tiers in 1977 and 2021, respectively. The 2023–24 Tercera Federación season is the third for Tercera Federación, the national fifth level in the Spanish football league system. It consists of 18 groups with 18 teams each. The , commonly known as , or (in English) the Spanish Cup or King's Cup, and formerly known as Copa del Presidente de la República (1932–1936) and Copa del Generalísimo (1939–1976), is an annual knockout football competition in Spanish football, organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. The competition was founded in 1903, making it the oldest Spanish football competition played at a national level. Copa del Rey winners qualify for the following season's UEFA Europa League.
