Lindome GIF is a Swedish football club located in Lindome in Mölndal Municipality, Västra Götaland County. Background The club was formed on 31 January 1928 under the name Lindome IF through the merger of Lindome JUF, Anderstorps IF and Stationens IF. In 1960 the name was changed to Lindome GoIF (Lindome gymnastik och idrottsförening). The original club members were farmers and youth members of the Jordbrukarungdomens Förbund (Farmers' Youth League) and the motive was simply that by engaging in sport, members could have fun together. Utsiktens BK is a Swedish football club located in Västra Frölunda, near Gothenburg. Background Since their foundation in 1935 Utsiktens BK has participated mainly in the middle and lower divisions of the Swedish football league system. Örgryte is one of the 21 ''stadsdelsnämndsområden'' (a kind of district often translated as borough) of Gothenburg Municipality, Sweden. It is a largely upper middle class residential area just to the east of the city centre. History The original village of Örgryte is much older than the city of Göteborg, with construction in the area predating Göteborg. The original parish being much larger was subsequently absorbed by the city in a gradual process lasting from 1882 to 1922. Construction in the area predates the surrounding areas.
