These are the full results of the Athletics at the 2013 Central American Games, athletics competition at the 2013 Central American Games which took place between March 9 and March 12, and on March 17, 2013 in San José, Costa Rica, San José, Costa Rica. The following 6 events were cancelled in advance because the required minimum number of inscriptions (athletes representing at least 3 countries) could not be accomplished: men's pole vault, hammer throw, decathlon, 35 km road walk, and women's high jump and pole vault. Athletics At The 2013 Central American Games
Athletics at the Central American Games, Athletics competitions at the 2013 Central American Games were held at the Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica (2011), Estadio Nacional in San José, Costa Rica, San José, Costa Rica, between March 9–12, 2013. The two marathon events were held on March 17. A total of 41 events were contested, 20 by men and 21 by women. Men's pole vault, hammer throw, decathlon, and 35 km race walk, as well as women's high jump and pole vault were cancelled because the required minimum participation of 3 countries was not achieved. Arturo Harmodio Deliser Espinosa (born 24 April 1997 in Colón, Panama, Colón) is a Panamanian sprint (running), sprinter. Career In 2014, he competed in the Athletics at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics – Boys' 100 metres, boys' 100 metres event at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics held in Nanjing, China. Deliser won both the 100 and 200 metres at the 2012 South American Youth Championships in Athletics in Mendoza, Argentina. Personal life Arturo spent some time in Pomona, California studying English at the Cal Poly Pomona English Language Institute where he was highlighted as a spotlight student. He eventually transferred to a local community college to pursue his studies and joined their track team. Luis Murillo
Luis Gilberto Murillo Urrutia (born 1 January 1967) is a Colombian diplomat, mining engineer, and politician who was the Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development from 2016 to 2018. He has also served as Governor of the predominantly Afro-Colombian Department of Chocó in Colombia.
