The Alliance des radios communautaires du Québec (ARCQ) is a Canadian organization, which serves as a coordinating body for community radio stations in Quebec.Frédéric Lesemann, Jean-Marie Gourvil and Pierre Hamel, "Les radios communautaires au Québec : de la radio de quartier à la radio « national-communautaire »". ''International Review of Community Development'', Issue 6 (Fall 1981), p. 45–54. Founded in 1978, the organization supports the development and maintenance of French-language community radio in the province through lobbying, advocacy, management support, training and syndication of programming. The organization cooperates with, but operates separately from, the Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada for French-language community radio stations in the rest of Canada. In 2018, the two organizations held their first-ever joint conference for all French-language community radio stations across Canada.

CIGN-FM is a Canadian radio station, that broadcasts a French-language community radio format on the frequency 96.7 MHz ( FM) in Coaticook, Quebec. Owned by Radio coopérative de Coaticook, Coop de solidarité, the station received CRTC approval on October 27, 2009. Lebel-sur-Quévillon
Lebel-sur-Quévillon () is a city (Quebec), city in the Provinces and territories of Canada, Canadian province of Quebec, located on Quebec Route 113, Route 113 in the Jamésie region. It is located approximately 88 kilometres north of Senneterre, Quebec, Senneterre and approximately 200 kilometres southwest of Chibougamau. It is surrounded by, but not a part of, the Types of municipalities in Quebec, local municipality of Eeyou Istchee James Bay. It is constituted from unorganized territories. The town had a population of 2,091 as of the Canada 2021 Census and is served by the Lebel-sur-Quévillon Airport. The hamlet of Rapide-des-Cèdres is also within its municipal boundary. LaSalle () is the most southerly borough (''arrondissement'') of the city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. CFIN-FM
CFIN-FM is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Lac-Etchemin, Quebec. It broadcasts on 100.5 MHz with an effective radiated power of 9,600 watts ( class B) using an omnidirectional antenna. The station has a variety format and operates under a community radio licence. CFIN-FM received approval in 1991 and went on the air in 1992. One of their most famous shows was the weekly "Son Noir des Nuits Blanches", mainly a classic-rock show broadcast on Saturday nights from midnight to 2 A.M. from 1993 to 1998. CFIN-FM operates four rebroadcasters. Lac-Etchemin, Quebec
Lac-Etchemin () is a municipality in and the seat of the Municipalité régionale de comté des Etchemins in Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region and the population is 4,028 as of 2021. It takes its name from Etchemin Lake, at the centre of the municipality. Havre-Saint-Pierre () is a municipality located on the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, in Côte-Nord region, Minganie RCM, Quebec, Canada. History In 1857, a group of Acadian families arrived, in 1872, the Parish of Saint-Pierre-de-la-Pointe-aux-Esquimaux was officially established, the same year its post office opened under the name Esquimaux Point. Gaspé () is a city at the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula in the Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine region of eastern Quebec in Canada. Gaspé is about northeast of Quebec City and east of Rimouski. Gaspé has a total population of 15,063, as of the 2021 Canadian Census. CHIP-FM is a bilingual community radio station that operates at 101.9 FM in Fort-Coulonge, Quebec. The station serves Pontiac County in Quebec and Renfrew County in Ontario. The station is a member of the Association des radiodiffuseurs communautaires du Québec. History On March 20, 1980, La Radio du Pontiac Inc. received approval from the CRTC to operate a new community FM radio station at Fort-Coulonge (101.7 MHz with effective radiated power of 3,000 watts) with rebroadcast transmitters at Chapeau (93.5 MHz with ERP of 150 watts) and Rapide-des-Joachims (94.3 MHz, and ERP of 35 watts).
