Artem Petrov
Artem Sergeevich Petrov ( rus, Артём Сергеевич Петро́в, p=ɐrˈtɵm pʲɪˈtrof, born 14 January 2000) is a Russian racing driver who is currently competing in the International GT Open. He previously competed in the 2021 Indy Pro 2000 Championship for Exclusive Autosport. He is not related to Vitaly Petrov. Career Karting Born in Saint Petersburg, Petrov began his karting career since the early ages before entering Russian and Finnish championships in 2008. He became Russian champion in KF-Junior category in 2014 as well as won the Russian Cup. Petrov took part in CIK-FIA World Karting Championship in KF-Junior category where he became 6th in 2015. The 2019 Castrol Toyota Racing Series was the fifteenth running of the Toyota Racing Series, the premier open-wheeler, open-wheel motorsport category held in New Zealand. The 2019 Euroformula Open Championship was a multi-event motor racing championship for single-seat open wheel formula racing cars that held across Europe. The championship features drivers competing in two-litre Formula Three racing cars built by Italian constructor Dallara which conform to the technical regulations, or formula, for the championship. It was the sixth Euroformula Open Championship season. For the first time since its inception, the championship featured multiple power unit manufacturers, allowing the use of Mercedes and Volkswagen engines. The FIA Formula 3 European Championship was a European Formula Three (F3) auto racing competition, organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). After one season of the FIA Formula 3 International Trophy, the FIA revived the FIA Formula 3 European Championship. The ten-event season included seven Formula 3 Euro Series rounds, two British Formula Three rounds and DTM-supporting round at Brands Hatch.
