Arne Engels (born 8 September 2003) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder, right-back or right winger for Scottish Premiership club Celtic and the Belgium national team. Club career Club NXT Engels began his career at the youth academy of Club Brugge. On 22 August 2020, Engels made his debut for Brugge's reserve side, Club NXT in the Belgian First Division B against RWDM47. He was a starter as NXT lost 2–0. FC Augsburg On 3 January 2023, Engels signed for Bundesliga club FC Augsburg on a four-and-a-half-year contract. Celtic On 30 August 2024, Engels signed a four-year contract with Scottish Premiership side Celtic. Daring Brussels, formerly known as Racing White Daring Molenbeek or RWDM, is a Belgian professional football club based in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Brussels. The club plays in the Challenger Pro League (second tier). The club is seen in Belgium as a continuation of previous clubs with the same name that went out of business. History The club was founded in 2015, Standard Wetteren had folded that year and merged with another club, liberating its ''matricule'' which was sold to people wanting to revive the former RWDM with matricule 47 which folded in 2002. As such the new club was named RWDM47. The club quickly rose through the ranks, winning two consecutive promotions from the fifth to the third tier. Scottish League Cup
The Scottish League Cup, also known as the Premier Sports Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a football competition open to all Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) clubs. First held in 1946–47, it is the oldest national League cup in existence. The competition had a straight knockout format but became a group and knockout competition from 2016–17. Youri Marion A. Tielemans (born 7 May 1997) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Aston Villa and the Belgium national team. Tielemans began his career at Anderlecht, where he made 185 official appearances and scored 35 goals across four seasons. Nagyerdei Stadion is an all-seater asymmetric football stadium in Debrecen, Hungary and home to Debreceni Vasutas Sport Club (the seats behind the goals are 'Vario' or 'Rail' seats to facilitate safe standing at domestic matches).
