Arkādijs Pavlovs (2 February 1903, in Riga – 26 June 1960, in Riga) was a Latvian footballer and football manager, a five-time champion of Latvia. Latvian Higher League or Virslīga, also known as TonyBet Virslīga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Latvia and the highest level of the Latvian football league system.
