Arjan De Zeeuw
Adrianus Johannes "Arjan" de Zeeuw (born 16 April 1970) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Having begun his career with Telstar before going on to spend the bulk of his career in England. He notably played in the Premier League for both Barnsley and Portsmouth and was part of teams promotions to the top flight in 1997 and 2003. He also played top flight football for Wigan Athletic during his second spell with the club, as well as playing in the Football League for Coventry City. He retired in 2009 following a brief spell back in the Netherlands with ADO '20. Arjan Konterman (28 July 1990) is a Dutch professional darts player who currently plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) and World Darts Federation (WDF) events. He qualified for the 2023 WDF World Darts Championship. Career Konterman began his career in local tournaments, where he had occasional success. Arjan Knipping (born 1 August 1994) is a Dutch swimmer specialising in 200 and 400 metre individual medley. Knipping holds the Dutch national record on the 200 and 400 metre medley. Arjan Tanwani (7 January 1930 ― 26 December 2019), popularly known by his pen name Arjan Hasid, was an Indian Sindhi language poet who had authored seven collections of poems and ghazals. Peter-Arjan Erkel (born 9 March 1970 in Prins Alexander, Rotterdam) is a Dutch former medical aid worker who was head of the relief mission for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Dagestan, a constituent republic of Russia. His main task was caring for refugees fleeing from fighting in neighboring Chechnya. Disappearance Erkel was abducted by three gunmen in Makhachkala on 12 August 2002. The insurgency phase of the Second Chechen War was still ongoing at the time, and Erkel writes in his own biography that he was guarded by "heavily armed muslim rebels", with whom he managed to have limited conversations during his abduction. Arjan El Fassed (born 5 August 1973) is a former Dutch politician and human rights activist as well as development aid worker. As a member of GreenLeft (GroenLinks) he was an MP from 17 June 2010 to 19 September 2012. He focused on matters of development aid, foreign policy, digital rights, open data and transparency.
