Archange Lake (Mékinac)
The Lake Archange is located at the boundary of Sainte-Thècle and Grandes-Piles, in the Mekinac Regional County Municipality, in Mauricie, in Quebec, Canada. History The first access road to the lake was designed in 1889 by the "Trois-Rivières Hunting Club". "Domaines du Lac Archange" (Sites of Archange Lake) area are arranged on the peninsula. Batiscanie, Quebec
Batiscanie is the watershed of the Batiscan River, located in the center of the province of Quebec, Canada, covering 4690 km² on the North Shore of the St. Lawrence River. The area covered by Batiscanie is 53% in the administrative région of Mauricie and 47% in the administrative region of the Capitale-Nationale. The territory of the Batiscanie is 87% forest areas (especially in the Middle and Upper Batiscanie) and 7% rivers, lakes and wetlands. Lordship Of Batiscan
The Lordship of Batiscan was located on, and included 1/2 ''lieue'' of frontage along, the north shore of the St. Lawrence River (between the mouth of the Batisan and Champlain Rivers, in the current administrative area the Mauricie) in the province of Quebec, Canada. The Lordship of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade was located on the north shore of St. Lawrence river, between Trois-Rivières and Quebec City in the province of Quebec, Canada. Rivière des Envies (River of cravings, in a direct translation) is located in Canada, in the province of Quebec, in the Mauricie administrative region, in the Batiscanie. Rivière des Envies course from the outlet of Lac-de-la-Traverse, located in row St-Joseph, Sainte-Thècle. Saint-Tite, Quebec
Saint-Tite is a town in the province of Quebec, Canada, north of Trois-Rivières, in the Mékinac Regional County Municipality (RCM) and in the Mauricie administrative region. Lac-à-la-Tortue, Quebec
Lac-à-la-Tortue was a small town in the administrative region of Mauricie, in the province of Quebec, Canada. Founded in 1895, the town consisted of about 2500 inhabitants. Since January 1, 2002, Lac-à-la-Tortue has become one of the seven sectors of the new merged Shawinigan city. The Lac-à-la-Tortue area is located east of the Saint-Maurice River near the former town of Grand-Mère, east of the former city of Saint-Georges, south of Hérouxville and west of Saint-Narcisse. Lac-à-la-Tortue sector takes its toponymic origin of the lake of the same name. Despite its proximity to the Saint-Maurice River (only three km at the closest), the lake is part of the Batiscanie watershed.
