Anur Hadžiomerspahić
Anur Hadžiomerspahić (2 June 1971 – 29 November 2017), also known as Anur, was an artist and graphic designer from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was notable for being the first Bosnian artist to show their work in the central pavilion at the Venice Biennale. Early life and education Anur was born in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia. He studied graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo and graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti Brera and Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. Career In the months immediately preceding the siege of Sarajevo, Anur co-founded (together with Juriša Boras, Almir Kurt, Damir Nikšić and Nebojša Šerić Shoba) the rhythm and blues band Sing Sing. Harald Szeemann
Harald Szeemann (11 June 1933 – 18 February 2005) was a Swiss curator, artist, and art history, art historian. Having curated more than 200 exhibitions, many of which have been characterized as groundbreaking, Szeemann is said to have helped redefine the role of an art curator. Edin Osmić (born 22 December 1978), better known by his stage name Edo Maajka, is a Bosnian rapper, record producer and songwriter. His popularity brought his group Disciplinska Komisija to the mainstream. He lives in Zagreb, Croatia, with his wife and children. Edin Dervišhalidović (born 12 September 1962), known professionally as Dino Merlin, is a Bosnian singer-songwriter and record producer. Zabranjeno Pušenje () is a Bosnian Rock music, rock band formed in Sarajevo in 1980. Letu štuke is a rock band from Bosnia and Herzegovina formed in 1986 in Sarajevo. Sarajevo War Theatre
The Sarajevo War Theatre () is a theatre in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded on 17 May 1992 on the initiative of Dubravko Bibanović, Gradimir Gojer, Đorđe Mačkić and Safet Plakalo during the Siege of Sarajevo. It was a gathering place for theatre professionals and Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, Academy of Performing Arts students for the duration of the war. Epica Awards
The Epica Awards are an annual series of communication awards, created in 1987 and based in Paris, France. Having originally focused on the Europe, Middle East and Africa region exclusively, the awards became global in 2012. 585 agencies in total submitted to work to the Epica Awards in 2015, representing 75 countries.
