António Filipe Gaião Rodrigues (born 28 January 1963) is a Portuguese jurist, professor and politician, former member of the Assembly of the Republic (Portugal), Assembly of the Republic, who had been elected in representation of the Portuguese Communist Party from the Unitary Democratic Coalition's list, for the Santarém (Assembly of the Republic constituency), Santarém constituency between 2009 and 2022, and for the Lisbon (Assembly of the Republic constituency), Lisbon constituency since 2024. A licentiate (degree), licentiate in law for the University of Lisbon (1911–2013), University of Lisbon, he received his Master's degree, master's in political science from the Universidade Lusófona, and his doctorate in constitutional law from the Leiden University. Lisbon () is one of the 22 multi-member constituencies of the Assembly of the Republic, the national legislature of Portugal. The Portuguese Communist Youth ( or ) is the youth organization of the Portuguese Communist Party, and was founded on 10 November 1979, after the unification of the Young Communist League and the Communist Students League. Amadora
Amadora (), officially Amadora City (), is a List of cities in Portugal, city and concelho, municipality in the northwest of the Lisbon metropolitan area and 10 km from central Lisbon. An ''Assembleia Municipal'' (; "municipal assembly"; plural: ''assembleias municipais'') is the legislature that governs a municipality in Portugal. Part of the assembly's members are elected every four years among candidate lists by the D'Hondt method, simultaneously with the election of the ''Câmara Municipal''; the remainder member are the presidents of the Junta de freguesia that compose the municipality, whose number cannot exceed the number of elected members. A municipal assembly generally meets five times a year, and its members are paid a presence fee for each meeting. It is a level higher than the Assembleia de freguesia.
