Antti Niemi (ice Hockey)
Antti Niemi (; born 29 August 1983) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey goaltender. During the 2009–10 NHL season, 2009–10 season as a member of the Chicago Blackhawks, he became the first Finnish goaltender to win the Stanley Cup, and has also played for the San Jose Sharks, Dallas Stars, Pittsburgh Penguins, Florida Panthers, and Montreal Canadiens. Playing career Early years Niemi played junior ice hockey, junior-level hockey for Kiekko-Vantaa from 1998 until 2005, where he also worked part-time as a Ice resurfacer, Zamboni driver and later had his number retired. Antti Juhani Sarpila (born 11 June 1964) is a Finnish jazz clarinetist. He performed in a Benny Goodman-inspired style and studied under Bob Wilber. He was a part of the tribute to Benny Goodman at Carnegie Hall in 1988 and played in six American tours. His A. S. Swing Band was established in 1982 and has released over ten albums. An anniversary DVD, ''20th Anniversary Concert live at Finlandia Hall'' was released in 2002. Antti Raanta (born 12 May 1989) is a Finnish professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for Lukko in the Finnish Liiga. He last played with Genève-Servette Hockey Club, Genève-Servette HC of the National League (ice hockey), National League (NL). Antti (Anders) Piimänen (1712 in Turku — 16 October 1775 in Turku) was a notable 18th-century Finnish church designer and master builder, considered the originator of the 'long church' (''pitkäkirkko'') style characteristic of much of the South West and Tavastia regions of Finland. Antti Okkonen (born 6 June 1982) is a former footballer who played in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Belgium. In addition, he played for the national team. He was a defensive midfielder. Career Okkonen started youth career in Oulun Luistinseura. He made his debut on the club's OPS representative team in the second season in 1998.
