Anthony Latina
Anthony Latina (born December 13, 1973) has been the men's basketball head coach at Sacred Heart University since 2013. Sacred Heart Latina is just the third head coach in Sacred Heart University men's basketball program history, succeeding Dave Bike who retired after 35 seasons at the helm. Latina was Bike's assistant coach for 8 seasons. The Sacred Heart Pioneers men's basketball team represents Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. They play their home games at the William H. Pitt Center. This was the Pioneers' 19th season of NCAA Division I basketball, all played in the Northeast Conference. The Pioneers were led by fifth-year head coach Anthony Latina and played their home games at the William H. Pitt Center in Fairfield, Connecticut. They finished the season 10–21, 5–13 in NEC play to finish in ninth place, failing to make the NEC tournament.
