Anouk Schemmekes (, ; born 8 April 1975), professionally known by the mononymous person, mononym Anouk, is a Dutch people, Dutch singer and songwriter. After her 1997 breakthrough rock single "Nobody's Wife (song), Nobody's Wife", she had additional hit records in the Dutch and Belgian charts. Many of her albums topped the Dutch album charts, most of them going Platinum and several debuting in the number 1 position. Her most famous singles include "Nobody's Wife", "Michel", "It's So Hard", "R U Kiddin' Me", "Girl", "Lost", "Modern World", "Three Days in a Row", "Birds", and "Woman". Anouk had released thirteen studio albums by 2022, a mix of anglophonic Rock music, rock, Pop music, pop and Adult contemporary music, adult contemporary; Who's Your Momma, one of which was recorded in the United States, U.S., produced by Glen Ballard. George Kooymans
George Jan Kooymans (born 11 March 1948) is a Dutch retired guitarist and vocalist. He is best known for his work with the Dutch group Golden Earring. Kooymans wrote " Twilight Zone", the group's only top 10 entry on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100, which hit No. 1 on the ''Billboard'' Top Album Tracks chart. Whitburn, Joel (2010). Barry Hay
Barry Andrew Hay (born 16 August 1948) is an Indian-born Dutch musician; he was the lead vocalist and frontman of Dutch rock band Golden Earring from 1967 until their disbandment in 2021. He has also released three solo albums. Early life and education Hay was born in Faizabad, United Provinces (present day Ayodhya, India), to a Dutch-Jewish mother, Sofia Maria née Sluijter (1922–2004, born in Makassar), and a Scottish commissioned officer, Philip Aubrey Hay (1923–1980). He moved to the Netherlands at the age of eight to live with his mother after his parents divorced. He lived in Amsterdam and later in The Hague, attending an English boarding school. After graduating from secondary school, he took courses at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague. Golden Earring were a Dutch rock music, rock band, founded in 1961 in The Hague as The Tornados. They achieved worldwide fame with their international hit songs "Radar Love" in 1973, which went to number one on the Dutch chart, reached the top ten in the United Kingdom, and went to number thirteen on the United States chart, "Twilight Zone (Golden Earring song), Twilight Zone" in 1982, and "When the Lady Smiles" in 1984. Codarts University for the Arts () is a Dutch vocational university in Rotterdam that teaches music, dance and circus. It was established in its present location in 2000. The Eurovision Song Contest 2013 was the 58th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Malmö, Sweden, following the country's victory at the with the song "Euphoria (Loreen song), Euphoria" by Loreen.
