Anne Claflin
Anne Claflin (born May 19, 1983) is an American politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A former member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), she represented District 54A in the southeastern Twin Cities metropolitan area. Early life, education, and career Claflin graduated from South Saint Paul Secondary. She attended Grinnell College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and biology, and the University of Minnesota, graduating with a Master of Science in science, technology, and environmental policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Claflin is a research scientist at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Keith Franke (politician)
Keith Franke (born November 13, 1970) is an American politician and former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, he represented District 54A in the southeastern Twin Cities metropolitan area. Early life, education, and career Franke was born on November 13, 1970. He attended Saint Paul College, graduating with a certificate in restaurant and bar management, and Hamline University, graduating with a certificate in economic development. Franke was mayor of St. Paul Park, Minnesota from 2012 to 2016. He was a member of the South Washington County Cable Commission, the Red Rock Corridor Commission, and chaired the St. Paul Park Economic Development Authority. Franke owns Park Cafe and Franke's Corner Bar in St. Paul Park. The Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs is a public policy and planning school at the University of Minnesota, a public land-grant research university in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. It is named after Hubert H. Humphrey, former Vice President of the United States and presidential candidate. The school is located on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota, which is also home to the University of Minnesota Law School and Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis.
