Anikó Kovacsics
Anikó Cirjenics-Kovacsics (born 29 August 1991) is a retired Hungarian handballer who most recently played for Ferencvárosi TC and the Hungarian national team. She started to play at the young age of 10. She signed to Győri ETO KC in 2006, where she quickly rose through the ranks and became a regular member of the first team at a very young age. At that time she was reputed as a possible successor of world-class playmaker and former teammate Anita Görbicz. Since she had to play on the left wing instead of her favoured playmaker position she decided to leave Győr in 2016, and signed for Ferencváros. Kovacsics made her international debut on 22 September 2009 against Germany. She represented Hungary at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, on five World Championship (2009, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019) and also participated on five European Championship (2010, 2012, 2014, 2018, 2020). Nagyatád
Nagyatád is a town in Somogy County, Hungary and the seat of Nagyatád District. ''Bodvica'', ''Henész'' and ''Kivadár'' are parts of Nagyatád. Etymology Its name derives from the Turkish word ''ata'' (, ). Geography It lies on the southern side of ''Inner Somogy'', 60 km south of Lake Balaton on the main road 68. The 2018–19 Women's EHF Champions League was the 26th edition of the Women's EHF Champions League, the competition for top women's clubs of Europe, organized and supervised by the European Handball Federation. Győri Audi ETO KC defended their title by defeating Rostov-Don 25–24 in the final, to win their fifth overall and third straight title. Péter Kovacsics (born 13 June 1994) is a Hungarian handball player who plays for Ferencvárosi TC and the Hungary national team. Career Club Péter spent his junior years at Csurgói KK, where he also made his debut in Nemzeti Bajnokság I in the 2012/13 season. He scored 27 goals in 16 games. In the 2014/15 season, he played on loan at Balatonfüredi KSE, replacing Bendegúz Bóka, who was recovering from leg surgery. He scored 46 goals in 26 games. Here he made his debut in the EHF Cup, where he scored 5 goals. In 2015, he moved to Gyöngyösi KK. He transferred to Ferencvárosi TC in the summer of 2018. Hungarian Handballer Of The Year
The Hungarian Handballer of the Year award is an annual prize, which is given to the Hungarian handballer who is considered to have performed the best over the previous calendar year. Presented by the Hungarian Handball Federation since 1964, the most successful handball player is Anita Görbicz, with six nominations. Women's 19 European Handball Championship
The European Women's U-19 European Handball Championship is the official competition for junior women's national handball teams of Europe. Organized by the European Handball Federation, it takes place every two years.
