Angela Smith (born 3 July 1953) is an English retired professional Squash (sport), squash player who reached a career high ranking of 2 squash rankings, in the world during May 1986.. She was also the first female squash player to turn professional and was widely recognized for changing the face of women's squash by doing so. Biography Her first overseas position was as squash coach at the prestigious Vertical Club in Manhattan, New York, where Vitas Gerulaitis was the tennis pro. Her contract there was said to be the most lucrative of its kind in the sport at that time. There she coached many famous personalities of the time, such as Jackie Kennedy. Heather McKay
Heather Pamela McKay (née Blundell) (born 31 July 1941) is an Australian retired squash player, who is considered by many to be the greatest female player in the history of the game. She dominated the women's squash game in the 1960s and 1970s, winning 16 consecutive British Open titles from 1962 to 1977, and capturing the inaugural women's World Open title in 1976, while remaining undefeated during that period. She was also a top-level player of other sports, including field hockey and racquetball. Career McKay was born in 1941 as Heather Blundell in Queanbeyan. She came from a family of eleven children. Vicki Hoffman
Vicki Cardwell BEM (née Hoffmann, born 21 April 1955, in Adelaide, South Australia) is an Australian former World No. 1 squash player. She was one of the leading players on the international squash circuit from the late 1970s through to the mid-1990s. During her career, she won the World Open in 1983, and the British Open title four consecutive times in 1980-83. Since retiring from the top-level game, Cardwell has enjoyed continued success in seniors events. She won four World Masters Championships titles between 1987 and 1995.
