Ane Håkansson Hansen
Ane Håkansson Hansen (born 3 October 1975) is an internationally elite curler from Denmark. She has an MSc in biology and is currently a PhD student in Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Copenhagen. She made her World Championship debut in 2007 as the Alternate for Angelina Jensen's Danish team. She would return for the 2008 World Championships and the 2009 World Championships in the same position. She will compete at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics as the Alternate for Team Denmark. World Curling Championships
The World Curling Championships are the annual world championships for curling, organized by the World Curling Federation and contested by national championship teams. There are men's, women's and Doubles curling, mixed doubles championships, as well as men's and women's versions of junior and senior championships. There is also a World Wheelchair Curling Championship, world championship for wheelchair curling. The men's championship started in 1959, while the women's started in 1979. The mixed doubles championship was started in 2008. Camilla Louise Skaarberg Jensen (born 25 October 1982 in Copenhagen) is a Danish curler. She currently plays on a team skipped by sister Angelina Jensen. Jensen was a member of the Danish team that won a silver medal at the 2007 World Women's Curling Championship. Madeleine Kanstrup Dupont (born 26 May 1987 in Glostrup, Denmark) is a Danish curler from Copenhagen. She won the Frances Brodie Award in 2004. She currently skips her own team with teammates Mathilde Halse, Jasmin Holtermann, My Larsen, and Denise Dupont (Madeleine's sister). Dupont has competed in three Olympic Games and 14 World Championships, winning medals at the 2007 World Women's Curling Championship (silver) and the 2009 World Women's Curling Championship (bronze). Denise Dupont
Denise Kanstrup Dupont (born 24 May 1984) is a Danish curler. She currently plays second on the Danish National Women's Curling Team skipped by her sister Madeleine Dupont. After several years of limited success in the Junior ranks, Dupont joined Dorthe Holm's team and was a member of the silver medal-winning European Curling Championships team in 2002. In 2004, she was promoted to the third position, and the team won another bronze at the European Championships in 2005. The curling competition of the 2010 Olympics was held at Vancouver Olympic/Paralympic Centre in Vancouver. It is the fifth time that curling was on the Olympic program, after having been staged in 1924, 1998, 2002 and 2006.
