András Lányi (writer)
András Lányi (born 26 November 1969) is a retired Hungarian tennis player. Lányi has a career high ATP singles ranking of 374 achieved on 19 June 1989. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 194, achieved on 6 February 1995. Lányi has won 3 ITF Satellite tournament doubles title. Lányi has represented Hungary at Davis Cup, where he has a win–loss record of 12–13. He was studied at University of Southern California, between 1989 and 1993. He won the NCAA Men's Team Championship in 1993 with Trojans. His teammates was Wayne Black, David Ekerot, Jon Leach, Brian MacPhie and Kent Seton, and they earned All-America selection that year. Wayne Hamilton Black (born 17 November 1973) is a tennis coach and a former professional player from Zimbabwe. Black turned professional in 1994 and reached his highest singles ranking of No. 69 on 30 March 1998. He is the son of former player Don Black, the younger brother of fellow ATP Tour player Byron Black, with the pair forming the mainstay of the Zimbabwe Davis Cup team for over a decade. He is coaching Estonian player Mark Lajal since 2024. Black struggled for consistency in his singles game and by the new millennium had converted to a doubles specialist, in which he experienced greater success. László Markovits (born 4 April 1970) is a former tennis player from Hungary, son of water polo player and national team captain Kálmán Markovits and World champion handballer Márta Balogh.
