Andrija Anković
Andrija Anković (16 July 1937 – 28 April 1980) was a Croatian footballer and manager. Biography Anković was born in Gabela (at the time Kingdom of Yugoslavia) and started his career with GOŠK Gabela before moving to NK Neretva Metković. He later played for top Croatian side Hajduk Split in the Yugoslavian First League. He played 326 matches and scored 250 goals for Hajduk, becoming one of the club's legends. Finally, he played for German club 1. FC Kaiserslautern. In 1960, Anković was a member of the Yugoslavian team which won gold at the Rome Olympics. He made his debut for Yugoslavia as a second half substitute in a January 1960 friendly match away against Morocco, scoring their fifth goal in the process, and earned a total of 8 caps scoring 1 goal. His final international was a June 1962 FIFA World Cup match against Colombia. Gabela, Herzegovina
Gabela ( sr-Cyrl, Габела) is a village in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, 5 kilometres south of Čapljina and 4 kilometers from Metković, in Croatia. It is situated in the navigable lower course of the Neretva, off the major road linking the coast with the mountainous hinterland. Etymology The name Gabela could derive from the Arabic word "alcabala" ('' qabāla'') which means a "contract" or "tax". Football At The 1960 Summer Olympics
The football tournament at the 1960 Summer Olympics was held from 26 August to 10 September in 1960 throughout Italy. The tournament featured 16 men's national teams from four continental confederations. Starting with this edition, the competition's format was changed: rather than a knockout tournament like in the previous Olympic Games, the 16 teams were drawn into four groups of four and each group played a round-robin tournament, in a similar format to that instituted in the 1958 FIFA World Cup, which persists to the present day. At the end of the group stage, the first-ranked teams of each group advanced to the semi-finals, and culminating with the gold medal match in Rome on 10 September 1960. Myocardial Infarction
A myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, occurs when Ischemia, blood flow decreases or stops in one of the coronary arteries of the heart, causing infarction (tissue death) to the heart muscle. The most common symptom is retrosternal Angina, chest pain or discomfort that classically radiates to the left shoulder, arm, or jaw. The pain may occasionally feel like heartburn. This is the dangerous type of acute coronary syndrome. Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, nausea, presyncope, feeling faint, a diaphoresis, cold sweat, Fatigue, feeling tired, and decreased level of consciousness.
