Andrej Kollár (ice Hockey, Born 1977)
Andrej Kollár (born 12 January 1977) is a Slovak former professional ice hockey player. Career Kollár played in the Slovak Extraliga for HK Poprad, HC Slovan Bratislava, HK 36 Skalica, HK Nitra and HK Dukla Trenčín. He also played in the Czech Extraliga for PSG Berani Zlín RI Okna Berani Zlín is an ice hockey team in the Chance Liga. Their home arena is Trinity Bank Arena Luďka Čajky in Zlín (The biggest city in the Zlín Region). They won the Extraliga in 2004 and 2014.

HK Poprad is a professional ice hockey team in the Slovak Extraliga, the top ice hockey league in Slovakia. It plays its games in Poprad, Slovakia. The squad's greatest successes include 2nd place in the Slovak Extraliga in 2006, 2011 and 2021. The team finished in the standings of the 2023-2024 season in 1st place, with a record of 27 wins and 15 losses. The club is nicknamed ''Kamzíci'', which means "Chamoises" in Slovak. History HK Poprad, in its current incarnation, was founded in 1935 by the merger of two existing teams. Those teams were "SK Vysoke Tatry" (founded in 1926), and a team called "HC Poprad" (founded in 1929 as "Karpathenverein Poprad", name changed to "HC Poprad" in 1930). Assist (ice Hockey)
In ice hockey, an assist is attributed to up to two players of the scoring team who shot, passed or deflected the Puck (sports)#In ice hockey, puck towards the scoring teammate, or touched it in any other way which enabled the Goal (ice hockey), goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the goal. There can be a maximum of two assists per goal. The assists will be awarded in the order of play, with the last player to pass the puck to the goal scorer getting the primary assist and the player who passed it to the primary assister getting the secondary assist. Players who gain an assist will get one point (ice hockey), point added to their player statistics. When a player scores a goal or is awarded a primary or secondary assist, they will be given a point. The leader of total points throughout an NHL season will be awarded the Art Ross trophy. Tipsport Liga (hockey)
The Slovak Extraliga, known as the Tipsport liga since the 2025–26 Slovak Extraliga season, 2025–26 season for sponsorship reasons, is the highest-level ice hockey league in Slovakia. From 2018–19 Slovak Extraliga season, 2018–19 to 2020–21, the league included one or two teams from Hungary. Teams from the Extraliga can participate in the International Ice Hockey Federation, IIHF's annual Champions Hockey League (CHL).
