Andrei Girotto
Andrei Girotto (born 17 February 1992) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back or defensive midfielder for Saudi Pro League club Al-Taawoun. Career Early career Girotto was born in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul, he made his senior debut with Metropolitano in 2010. After a short loan stint at Hercílio Luz in 2011, he established himself as a starter and played key role during the 2013 Campeonato Catarinense, helping his side to qualify for the Série D. On 26 April 2013, Girotto moved to América Mineiro, signing a contract until December 2014. He made his debut for the club on 1 June by starting in a 1–0 Série B away win against Palmeiras, and scored his first goals on 5 July after netting his team's all goals in a 2–2 home draw against Paraná. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D), commonly known as the Série D or the Brazilian Série D to distinguish it from the Italian Serie D, is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on 9 April 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. Marcos Arouca da Silva (born 11 August 1986), commonly known as Arouca, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. The Copa do Brasil () is a knockout football competition played by 92 teams, representing all 26 Brazilian states plus the Federal District. The 2015 Copa do Brasil (officially the 2015 Copa Sadia do Brasil for sponsorship reasons) was the 27th edition of the Copa do Brasil football competition. The competition was contested by 87 teams, which qualified either by participating in their respective state championships (71), by the CBF Rankings (10), by qualifying for the 2015 Copa Libertadores (5) or having the best 2014 Série A record (excluding those qualified for 2015 Copa Libertadores). In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958.
