Andrea Dovizioso (born 23 March 1986) is an Italian former professional motorcycle racer. He raced with RNF Racing, WithU Yamaha RNF MotoGP Team for the 2022 MotoGP World Championship, 2022 season but announced his intended-retirement after the Misano round in September. Dovizioso was the List of 125cc/Moto3 World Riders' Champions, 125cc World Champion, but is best known for his time with the Ducati Team in the MotoGP class, finishing championship runner-up to Marc Márquez for three consecutive seasons in , and . Dovizioso is one of the most successful modern MotoGP riders with 15 victories and 62 podiums. Dovizioso first came to prominence by winning the 125 cc World Championship in . Forlimpopoli (; ) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Forlì-Cesena, north-eastern Italy. It is located on the '' Via Emilia'' between Cesena and Forlì. History The name of Forlimpopoli derives from the Roman ''Forum Popilii'', most likely connected to the consul Publius Popillius Laenas, who founded it in 132 BC. The area has been inhabited since Palaeolithic times, as proved by recent archaeological discoveries. Later it was settled by the Umbri and the Gauls from the '' Pianura Padana''.
