Ana Dabović
Ana Dabović (Serbian Cyrillic: Ана Дабовић; born August 18, 1989) is a Serbian professional basketball player for the Basket Lattes, BLMA of the Ligue Féminine de Basketball, French Ligue 1 and EuroLeague Women. Standing at , she plays at the shooting guard position. She also represents the Serbia women's national basketball team, Serbian national basketball team. Since 17 April 2015 to October 2016, she was a president of ŽKK Vojvodina. Club career Dabović began her professional career in ŽKK Herceg Novi, WBC Herceg Novi, playing there from 2005 until 2007. She then signed with the Albanian team Flamurtari Vlore for the 2007–08 season, only to return a year later to Herceg Novi. The 2019 EuroBasket Women, European Women Basketball Championship, commonly called EuroBasket Women 2019, was the 37th edition of the continental tournament in women's basketball, sanctioned by the FIBA Europe. The 2021 European Women Basketball Championship, commonly called EuroBasket Women 2021, was the 38th edition of the continental tournament in women's basketball, sanctioned by the FIBA Europe. It was co-hosted by Strasbourg, France and Valencia, Spain from 17 to 27 June 2021. It was the third time the tournament was hosted by multiple countries. The 2015 EuroBasket Women, European Women Basketball Championship, commonly called EuroBasket Women 2015, was the 35th edition of the continental tournament in women's basketball, sanctioned by the FIBA Europe. Basketball at the Summer Olympics has been a sport for men consistently since 1936. Prior to its inclusion as a medal sport, basketball was held as an unofficial demonstration event in 1904 and 1924. Women's basketball made its debut in the Summer Olympics in 1976. Serbian Basketball Player Of The Year
The Serbian Basketball Player of the Year award is established in 2015 to recognize the best basketball player of the year from Serbia. The winners are men's and women's basketball players who have Serbian citizenship, and whose performances with its basketball club and/or national team throughout the year has reached the highest level of excellence. EuroBasket Women is a biennial international women's basketball competition held between the nations of FIBA Europe for women's national teams. EuroBasket Women is also used as a qualifying tournament for the FIBA Women's World Cup and also the Olympic Games. The EuroCup Women (officially ''FIBA EuroCup Women'') is the second-level basketball competition with teams from associate members of FIBA Europe. It succeeds the Ronchetti Cup. WNBA All-Rookie Team
The WNBA All-Rookie Team is an annual Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) honor given since the 2005 WNBA season to the top rookies during the regular season. Voting is conducted by the WNBA head coaches, who are not allowed to vote for players on their own team. Each coach selects five players. A player is given a point for every vote they receive. The top vote getters comprise the team, regardless of the positions they play. Through the 2021 season, this differed from the WNBA's voting procedure for the All-WNBA and All-Defensive Teams, in which all first and second teams consisted of a center, two forwards, and two guards. The WNBA has since adopted the positionless format for its All-WNBA and All-Defensive Teams, respectively adopting the format in 2022 and 2023.
