Skanderborg Håndbold, previously known as Vrold-Skanderborg Håndboldklub is a women's handball club based in Skanderborg in Jutland, Denmark. The club has over 650 members, which makes it one of the biggest handball clubs in Denmark and the biggest in Jutland. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball, Olympic handball or indoor handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the opposing team.
