Alt Pirineu
Alt Pirineu (English: ''Upper Pyrenees'') is one of the eight regions ( ''vegueries'') defined by the Regional Plan of Catalonia. Located in the north-west of Catalonia, specifically by the Pyrenees, it covers the higher mountain regions from the Aragon border to Cerdanya. It is the least populated region, with 63,892 inhabitants as of 2022. The region includes the ''comarques'' of Alta Ribagorça, Alt Urgell, Cerdanya, Pallars Jussà and Pallars Sobirà. Although the Aran Valley is officially not part of the region, it is sometimes included under the name of ''Alt Pirineu i Aran'' (English: ''Upper Pyrenees and Aran''; Aranese: ''Naut Pirenèu e Aran''). Within Catalonia, it borders to the south with Ponent and Central Catalonia, and to the east with the Girona region. La Seu D'Urgell
La Seu d'Urgell (; es, Seo de Urgel, formerly in ca, Urgell}) is a town located in the Catalan Pyrenees in Spain. La Seu d'Urgell is also the capital of the comarca Alt Urgell, head of the judicial district of la Seu d'Urgell and the seat of Bishop of Urgell, one of the Andorra co-princes. It is in the district of Alt Pirineu i Aran (''High Pyrenees and Aran''), and is the town with the most inhabitants, having 17.4% of the district population. Andorra–La Seu D'Urgell Airport
Andorra–La Seu d'Urgell Airport ( ca, Aeroport Andorra–La Seu d'Urgell, es, Aeropuerto Andorra–La Seu d'Urgell; ) is a public airport owned by the government of Catalonia and hosts general aviation and commercial flights. It is located in the municipality of Montferrer i Castellbò in Catalonia, eastern Spain, and serves the city of la Seu d'Urgell and the microstate of Andorra, which is 12 km north of the airport. The airport has a short runway which limits aircraft sizes and the distance to destinations. The co-princes of Andorra are jointly the heads of state ( ca, cap d'estat) of the Principality of Andorra, a landlocked microstate lying in the Pyrenees between France and Spain.
