Aloha Núñez
Aloha Joselyn Núñez Gutiérrez (born 25 June 1983) is a Venezuelan politician of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). She served as the Minister of Indigenous Peoples of Venezuela between 2012 and 2015 in the National Assembly of Venezuela. Biography Núñez was born on 25 June 1983 in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela. She studied at the University of Zulia. Núñez was a member of the 2017 Constituent National Assembly of Venezuela, served as the Minister of Indigenous Peoples of Venezuela between 2012 and 2015 in the National Assembly of Venezuela, appointed by Hugo Chávez and ratified by Nicolás Maduro. She also became Vice President of the Indigenous Peoples of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela. The University of Zulia (, also known as LUZ literally meaning "light" in Spanish), is a public university whose main campus is located in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela. LUZ is one of the largest and most important universities of Venezuela. The University of Zulia has three campuses: two in Zulia State, in the cities of Maracaibo (being the biggest and most important of the three) and Cabimas; and one in the city of Punto Fijo, located in Falcón State. History The history of the university begins when a decree converting the Federal College of Maracaibo into the University of Zulia was passed on May 29, 1891. The National Assembly () is the federal legislature of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, which was first elected in 2000 under the 1999 constitution. It is a unicameral body made up of a variable number of members, who are elected by a "universal, direct, personal, and secret" vote partly by direct election in state-based voting districts, and partly on a state-based party-list proportional representation system. Each of the 23 States and the Capital District elects no less than three representatives plus the result of dividing the state population by 1.1% of the total population of the country. Zulia
Zulia State (, ; Wayuu: ''Mma’ipakat Suuria'') is one of the 23 states of Venezuela. The state capital is Maracaibo. As of the 2011 census, it has a population of 3,704,404, the largest population among Venezuela's states. It is also one of the few states (if not the only one) in Venezuela in which voseo (the use of ''vos'' as a second person singular pronoun) is widespread. The Constituent National Assembly (; ANC) was a constituent assembly elected in 2017 to draft a new constitution for Venezuela. Its members were elected in a special 2017 election that was condemned by over forty mostly Latin American and Western states.
