Alejandro Vázquez (musician)
Alejandro Vázquez SotorrÃo (born 16 March 1983) is a Spanish former Association football, footballer who played as a Defender (association football)#Full-back, left back. Football career Vázquez was born in Gijón, Asturias. After playing for every rank at local Sporting de Gijón's youth system, he could only amass three appearances for the first team in two seasons combined, both in the Segunda División, second division. Vázquez then spent three additional years at lowly CD Linares, signing for 2008–09 Segunda División, 2008–09 with another second level club, Levante UD, and appearing very rarely in his sole campaign after which he was released, joining Alicante CF in Segunda División B. After spells in Alicante and AD Ceuta, Vázquez played for several clubs in Tercera División. Tercera División () was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Until 1977, it was the third tier of the Spanish football league system. Segunda División B (English: second division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It was below the top two professional leagues, the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga) and the ''Segunda División'', and above the ''Tercera División''. The 2008–09 Segunda División season (known from that season as Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 78th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 30 August 2008, and the season ended on 21 June 2009. Real Zaragoza, Real Murcia and Levante were the teams relegated from La Liga the previous season. Alicante, Girona, Huesca and Rayo Vallecano were the teams promoted from Segunda División B the previous season. The first goal of the season was scored by Alexandre Geijo, who scored in the 11th minute for Levante against Real Zaragoza in the early kick-off.
