Alberto Escassi
Alberto Escassi Oliva (born 28 February 1989) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as either a central defender or a defensive midfielder for UD Ibiza. Club career Escassi was born in Málaga, Andalusia. After playing for two other clubs as a youth, including hometown's Málaga CF, he finished his football development with Getafe CF, making his senior debut in 2008 and helping the reserves to promote to Segunda División B for the first time ever in his second year. On 13 April 2010, Escassi made his first-team – and La Liga – debut, replacing veteran Javier Casquero in the dying minutes of a 3–0 home win over Villarreal CF. Adrián Sardinero Corpa (born 13 October 1990) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a winger for Segunda Federación club CD Illescas. Club career Sardinero was born in Leganés, Madrid. After emerging through local Getafe CF's youth ranks, he made his senior debut in 2008, helping the B team to promote to Segunda División B for the first time ever in his second year. On 30 September 2010, one month before his 20th birthday, Sardinero made his debut for the main squad, playing 20 minutes in a 2–0 away loss against BSC Young Boys in the group stage of the UEFA Europa League. The 2011–12 Segunda División season (known as the Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 81st since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 26 August 2011 after the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) called a strike, the regular league ended on 3 June 2012, while the entire season ended on 16 June 2012 with the promotion play-off finals. The 2010–11 UEFA Europa League was the second season of the UEFA Europa League, Europe's secondary club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 40th edition overall including its predecessor, the UEFA Cup.
