Albanian Cup
The Albanian Cup () is the main "knockout" competition in Albanian football. The competition started in 1939 as Kupa e Mbretit ( English:"The King's Cup"). The cup was suspended for the next eight years as the Second World War started. It started again in 1948 as "Kupa e Republikës" ( English: "Republic Cup") and from 1991 as "Kupa e Shqipërisë" (Albanian Cup). Today it is the second most important competition in Albania after the Kategoria Superiore. The winners of the Cup automatically earn the right to participate in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League. 2024–25 Albanian Cup
The 2024–25 Albanian Cup () was the seventy-third season of Albania's annual cup competition, the Albanian Cup. There were 42 participating teams. The winners qualified for the 2025–26 UEFA Conference League#First qualifying round, 2025–26 UEFA Conference League first qualifying round. KF Egnatia, Egnatia were the defending champions, but lost on penalties against FC Dinamo City, Dinamo City in the 2025 Albanian Cup final, final after a 2−2 draw. It was the club's fourteenth Albanian Cup title overall. 1949 Albanian Cup () was the third season of Albania's annual cup competition. It began in March 1949 with the First Round and ended in May 1949 with the Final match. Partizani were the defending champions, having won their first Albanian Cup last season. The 1949 cup was won by KF Partizani. The rounds were played in a one-legged format. 1961 Albanian Cup () was the twelfth season of Albania's annual cup competition. It began in Spring 1961 with the First Round and ended in May 1961 with the Final matches. Dinamo Tirana were the defending champions, having won their sixth Albanian Cup last season. The cup was won by Partizani. The rounds were played in a two-legged format similar to those of European competitions. If the aggregated score was tied after both games, the team with the higher number of away goals advanced. If the number of away goals was equal in both games, the match was decided by extra time and a penalty shootout, if necessary. Flamurtari Vlorë
Flamurtari Football Club is an Albanian professional football club based in Vlorë, Albania. The club plays in the Kategoria Superiore, which is the first tier of football in the country. Founded in 1923, the club is one of the oldest in Albania, also being one of its most successful clubs, having won one Albanian Superliga title in 1991, four Albanian Cups, and two Albanian Supercups. Flamurtari is also known for their European runs in the 1980s, where they famously reached the last sixteen in the 1987–88 UEFA Cup, where they beat Spanish giants Barcelona in Vlorë but lost on aggregate. Klubi i Futbollit Skënderbeu Korçë is an Albanian professional association football, football club based in Korçë, southeastern Albania. The club competes in the Kategoria e Parë, the second tier of Football in Albania, Albanian football. An amateur club named ''Vllazëria Korçë'' was found in 1909. The club in its current form was established on August 1926 by Fazlli Frashëri, known as Sportklub Korça, later changing its name to Skënderbeu Korçë, after Albania's national hero Skanderbeg. The club's home ground has been the Skënderbeu Stadium since it was built in 1957, and it now has a capacity of 12,343, of which 5,724 are seated.
