Al Eschbach is an American radio personality who has had a radio program on WWLS radio since 1985, with the exception of a brief stint on Kansas City's KCMO-AM in the early 1990s. WWLS-FM (98.1 MHz) is a commercial radio station licensed to The Village, Oklahoma, and serving the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. It is owned by Cumulus Media and airs a sports radio format, calling itself "The Sports Animal." Local hosts are heard weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings, while ESPN Radio is carried nights and weekends. WWLS-FM is the flagship station for the Oklahoma City Thunder in the National Basketball Association. The studios and offices are on NW 64th Street in Northwest Oklahoma City. Seton Hall Preparatory School, generally called Seton Hall Prep or "The Prep", is a Roman Catholic all boys' high school located in the suburban community of West Orange in Essex County, New Jersey, operating under the supervision of the Archdiocese of Newark. KTOK (1000 AM) is a commercial radio station in Oklahoma City and airs a talk radio format. It is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc., and licensed as iHM Licenses, LLC. The studios and offices are in the 50 Penn Place Building on the northwest side of Oklahoma City. KTOK transmits 5,800 watts, using a directional antenna at all times, with a three to five-tower array. Because AM 1000 is a clear channel frequency reserved for Class A WMVP in Chicago, KNWN in Seattle and XEOY in Mexico City, KTOK's nighttime signal must protect those stations. The transmitter is located in Moore, Oklahoma, off NE 25th Street.
