Akça Koca
Akça is a Turkish island shaped like a shellfish near the biggest city of the Turkish Aegean coast İzmir. It is an uninhabited island and there are only bushes on the island. It is situated between Arap Islands, Yassıca Island, Çiçek Islands, Körtaş Islands and İncirli Island. It is off the coast of Port of Urla, İzmir, Urla. It is a small island surrounded with turquoise waters, thus it is a swimming spot for the residents of İzmir in summertime. The Greek name for Akça was Nisida Patates. The Southwest part of the island is a little rocky and there is a small islet called Akçaca Islet 100 m. off the coast. Arap Islands
The Arap or Arab (, , Full Name: ''Muḥammad ibn ash-Shaykh Isḥāq ibn Aḥmad bin al-Ḥusayn al-Hāshimīy'') clan is a major Northern Somali clan of the wider Isaaq clan family. Yassıca Island (, literally, "flat island") is an island in the Gulf of İzmir, Turkey. Sometimes the island is also called ''Alman Adası'' ("German's Island"). Çiçek Islands is an island group in the Gulf of İzmir, Turkey, located off the coast of Urla. Urla, İzmir
Urla is a municipality and district of İzmir Province, in western Turkey. Its area is 727 km2, and its population is 74,736 (2022). Agricultural products, and especially the fresh produce for the vast nearby market of İzmir, occupy a prominent place in Urla's economy, with fish, poultry and flowers standing out. The annual international Artichoke Festival has been celebrated here since 2015. The name "Urla" is derived from the Greek ''Βουρλά'' (''"Vourla"'') meaning ''marshlands'' and the town was cited as such in western sources until the 20th century.
