Akmola Regional Mäslihat
The Akmola Regional Mäslihat () is a Local government, local Unicameralism, unicameral legislature of the Akmola Region which was formed in 1993. Since 2023 Akmola regional election, 2023, half the members are elected through party-list proportional representation and the other are elected independently, without a party's influence through single-member districts. The Mäslihat is elected by the population of the region and are in charge expressing the population's will and, in accordance with Kazakhstani law, deciding the steps needed and monitoring their implementation. The Regional Mäslihat is currently chaired by Chairman Beibit Jüsipov (Amanat (political party), Amanat) since 30 March 2023.
