Aissata Traoré
Aissata Traoré (born 9 September 1997) is a Malian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Première Ligue club Fleury, on loan from Boston Legacy FC, and the Mali national team. Club career Traoré played for AS Super Lionness in her country before she was loaned out to the Istanbul-based club Beşiktaş J.K. for the second half of the 2018-19 Turkish Women's First Football League season. She enjoyed the champion title of her team in the 2018–19 season. Traoré signed with FC Fleury 91 on in July 2024. On July 10, 2025, she signed with American club Boston Legacy FC, becoming the first Malian to play in the National Women's Soccer League. With Boston starting play in 2026 as a NWSL expansion club, Traoré was loaned back to Fleury for the first half of the 2025–26 season. Beşiktaş () is a List of districts in Turkey, district and List of municipalities in Turkey, municipality of Istanbul Province, Istanbul Province, Turkey. Its area is 18 km2 and its population is 175,190 (2022). It is located on the European shore of the Bosphorus strait. 2018–19 Turkish Women's First Football League
The 2018–19 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 23rd season of Turkey's premier women's football league. The league season started with the first week matches on 21 October 2018. The regular season concluded with the 18th week matches on 28 April. 2019. Ten teams competed with two promoted teams, ALG Spor of Gaziantep and Hakkarigücü Spor from Hakkari, which replace the relegated teams 1207 Antalyaspor and İlkadım Belediyesi from Samsun. Four teams from Istanbul continued to take part in the 2018–19 season. As the teams Beşiktaş J.K. and ALG Spor finished the regular season equal on points, a play-off match was scheduled at aneutral venue. Beşiktaş J.K. became champion after defeating ALG Spor in the play-off match with 1–0.
